Recovery from the online backups should only be needed in rare circumstances when the data cannot be recovered from the local backup.

When other backup companies say they monitor your data this usually means they send you an automated email to notify you with all the technical details of what happened that day. Accidently unplug your external (backup) HDD? Our powerful centralised monitoring routine will notify us of the incident before any damages occur. We are proactive in addressing those issues and if we are not able to address it on our end we will contact you for more information.

For silver and gold plan clients, this includes the super sturdy waterproof and fireproof safe. The warranty and maintenance of all backup related hardware is included in the service. We also send you a new replacement HDD every 2 years to ensure your backup disk will perform at its best at all times. All you pay is a simple monthly fee.
